Once item is posted Bags of Fun are not responsible for the package, contact can be made if products are faulty upon arrival and damaged due to packing but it is down to our digression if we replace or refund and accept liability. We wont accept liability of the courier process and only in extreme circumstances will we refund if the problem is down to the postal system.
